Welcome to my site! I'm Donnie Jean StCyr. I have been baking and decorating cakes for more than 20 years. I use top quality ingredients in every cake and I NEVER use substitutes. I take pride in my work so I put a lot of extra time and effort in each and every cake. I use special recipes to make sure my cakes are very moist inside and never dry. I put flavored gel between layers to give wedding cakes or other cakes a little extra flavor if requested. I believe that after you taste and compare my cakes to others you will always come back to Cakes by DJ again and again. Wedding cakes are my specialty but I also do cakes for Anniversaries, Birthday's, Baby, Lingerie and Wedding Showers, Retirement Parties, Graduations or any Special Event.
